This cake was made to celebrate the engagement of a female police officer (in her uniform on top of the cake) and her fiancé, dressed in his favourite football team's jumper. They both love rock climbing so I have sculpted the fiancé climbing the side of the cake with the engagement ring on a cushion. Their dog is at the top of the cake, holding ropes to help out his master! The ring is edible, made from fondant and a droplet of isomalt.
