A gothic 'Day of the Dead' skull, for the birthday girl. All the details on the cake are hand-painted, and the roses I made from sugar. The cake itself is a milk chocolate mud, with milk chocolate ganache torted and covering. The birthday girl loved her cake, and was very reluctant to cut it. :)
