A cake of one of the gorgeous places that I would love to visit, Santorini made for a 50th. All the buildings were made from fondant and the 'mountain' was chocolate ganache. The cake was mudcake with the top tier having a raspberry swiss meringue buttercream and the bottom tier with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. Covered in ganache then fondant.
