I had an extra cake layer in the freezer and my MIL was hosting her monthly card club get together, so I put this together after seeing the tutorial idea a few weeks ago. The cake had blueberries in it so I made it a blueberry pie by putting a thin layer of blueberry colored piping gel between the fondant crust and buttercream frosting.
