I made lemon cake with raspberry SMBC for my Mom's 80th birthday. She loves hummingbirds, butterflies and flowers so I decided to get creative with the buttercream flowers, I made the butterflies out of gelatin and I made the hummingbird out of gumpaste. She was very happy.
