I love it when I get freedom with a cake design! I was inspired by a beautiful painting I saw a few weeks ago. Maple pecan spice cake with maple spice buttercream, covered with fondant that I textured and hand-painted. I was going for a sandstone look with the board. The leaves and flowers are made from gumpaste. Thanks for looking!
