A Minnie Mouse cake for Niki Rose, 3 years old. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache covered in fondant. The hat is fondant that I molded on a ball and let dry few days. All other decorations are fondant. I used Disney lettering for the *3* on the hat.
