This was my first attempt at an ice cream cake. Bottom layer chocolate ice cream, hot fudge and chocolate cookie filling, and top layer vanilla ice cream. Completely iced in whipped cream frosting and decorated in piping gel. It may not be the prettiest cake or the neatest decorating that I've done but was it ever good!
