This cake was made for my lovely brother on his 40th birthday. It is based on his favourite band Embrace and features a sugar face mask and goggles with spray paint effect -{ they had to wear this and throw paint over each other at a recent gig!} the middle tier is an edible image of the sheet music to one of their songs. The top tier is a hand painted copyof the logo from their most recent Album and of course on top is a sugar model of the birthday boy x chocolate fudge cake with fudge frosting and coffee liqueur buttercream and lemon cake with lemon buttercream and lemon curd filling x
