I had the pleasure of doing an Icing Smiles cake this weekend. It was a short notice (the original baker was in the hospital), found out Friday night and delivered Sunday morning. Little Olivia has been battling embroynal rhabdomyosarcoma (cancer). Cakes were butter cake filled with blackberry jam, iced in vanilla buttercream. All buttercream decorations except the crowns and bow.
