Chocolate cake sandwiched with chocolate buttercream. iced with choc ganache and covered with fondant. Ever since I saw this cake, originally made by " Ennas" I wanted to make it. Thanks Ennas for not only sharing the pictures but for answering my queries as well. Made it for my classmates daughter. Had a lot of fun making it. It took me approximately 35hrs from start to finish. covering the stryrofoam lid was a pain, it isn’t the neatest. Placing the fondant strips across was a challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed making this cake.
