I can’t tell you for how long I had this design in mind and how thrilled I was to get clients looking for something like this. Sequins hand made, diamonds made from sugarpaste, pearls individually colored and applied by hand… the black tier has some sparkle/glimmer that isn’t entirely visible from the picture. Cake board was decorated with a thread ribbon to achieve a floating effect.
