This is my very 1st wedding cake. The highest I ever made were wedding anniversary cakes. I promised a friend since last year that I would make her wedding cake so I had to see this through even though I stopped making cakes for business. The top tier is a cake dummy. I wanted it that way as it gave me the chance to make it far in advance and store in a nice dark wardrobe :). I'm happy with how it turned out overall and so were the couple.
