This cake is made up of alternating vanilla & chocolate cake layers filled with white chocolate oreo ganache (to fit the B&W theme!). It is covered in MMF with various gum paste, modeling chocolate details and gold leaf. The monogram was created using a custom rubber stamp and food color. The stenciling on the bottom tier matched the pattern on the invitations.
