Fun cake for a great celebration! This young man (who graduated from my high school, I should tell you), has been accepted to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. The letter on the trunk is a completely edible copy of his acceptance letter. The book it is resting on is a book he was required to read prior to school starting. The party he was having was a "Trunk Party", so I did my best to make a UMES Trunk cake! I hope you enjoy taking a peek!
