vetty, i hope you don't mind but i used this pattern for an office birthday cake. i'm going to upload the picture tomorrow and you can take a peek. in other words, i thought this cake was lovely in it's simplicity and i couldn't help but use your idea for my office cake. also, i did change the colors slightly. i hope you'll take a look when i upload the pic, and i really hope you'll like my version.
