I have to give credit to The Royal Bakery for this design. Bottom tier and the Hat tier are chocolate devils food cake with salted caramel buttercream. Cat in the hat book and fish bowl are made of rice Krispy treats. The board is covered with scrap booking paper and covered with clear contact paper.
