Rose Bundt Cake
This is a red velvet cake that I was not eager to make. The customer handed me a flexible bundt pan shaped like a rose and said make a Birthday cake. I wasn't sure what to do but this is how it turned out.

I didn't know they made bundt cake pans to look like a rose!!! When I saw the thumbnail of this picture, i thought it was a big strawberry!!! Sure does prove that you MUST click on the pictures to see the cake's details!!!! I LOVE what you did with the leaf's!!! Is it iced on the outside?
yes, the leaves are fondant and I drizzled red icing on the outside. It looked like it needed something. :roll:
