My Easter cake that I just have finished today. Triple layers of fluffy sponge and a Swiss meringue butter cream filling flavoured with passion fruit and decorated with ruffles, daffodil, fondant eggs and Easter bunnies. Happy Easter everyone ! xxx Riany
