I made the stand out of crinkled paper, glue and seashells then spray painted it silver. Shells and fence on the cake are white chocolate. Topper is made from a clear glass jar, black fondant and toothpicks. There is a light inside that slowly goes on and off - battery operated Fairy Berry.
