These were called popsicle cake pops on My Cupcake Addition, but when I was growing up they were called Eskimo Pies. This was leftover chocolate walnut streusel cake that was mixed with chocolate ganache to create its shape and then dipped in chocolate to set and then dipped in white vanilla flavored chocolate and then sprinkles. I used two rectangle styrofoams that I wrapped in gift wrap for presentation.
