First time doing stacked cake and using fondant. I used 12 inch and 10 in pans. my grand-baby decided to test out the icing and so had to do quick repairs and so not as clean looking as I wanted. Top layer is scratch white cake with lemon buttercream and bottom was scratch chocolate cake with blackberry filling and buttercream. letters,number 5 and scooby was lemon flavor marshmallow fondant.
