Strawberry Shortcake
This is a birthday cake for my little's girl's best friend next door to us. She is turning 3. She loves Strawberry Shortcake. I made her a special cake made without eggs but with applesauce as a substitute since she is allergic to eggs. I couldn't really tell a difference between the two. The outside is covered in buttercream and fondant and the cake is a strawberry. Also on top is my first attempt at frozen buttercream transfer. I love doing it!!!
