That is terrific! I like that side technique, but not sure how to do it. Is it just like a tip 1 of beads in the pattern of the flowers??

Yes, tip 1 beads ... you would start from the outside and kinda pull inwards a bit.

Hello!! This cake is wonderful! Im doing a wedding here in a couple of weeks. I had the bride over and she absolutely loved this cake... she wants one something like this with a few minor changes... mainly color. How did you make your little flowers around the sides? What sizee pans are these? you did a great job on the cake!!

The flowers are made from fondant (small roses).
