This cake is made with a bunt pan and spong cake mix. You make 2 Bunt cakes put them on top of each other, they will line up, frost the middle and then you put the ice cream cone in the middle to make the stem. It says to spay the cone with Pam or something like that and roll the cone in the sprinkles.
