This was my 4th Barbie cake and somehow I thought...oh, I wil use fondant. I bought some Wilton ready to use and mixed in some red food coloring....rolled it out just big enough and plopped it over my cake. I loved how it looked but HATE how fondant tastes! I peeled it off and served it with the frosting that I put on underneath the fondant.
