This was a "slightly" modified design I fell in love with at the NEC Cake International show in 2012. I don't know who the artist is so am unable to give justifiable credit. It was a 12" fruit cake recipe made in a 10" tin to get the extra depth then cut in half and stacked. The roof was made from a carved polystyrene dummy. This was so much fun to make and my friends were bowled over by it so I got double the pleasure.
