I made this cake for my best friend. Saturday I delivered this cake then changed clothes and stood at her side while she said I do to the love of her life. 7 hours later he tried to help a motorist that slid off the road while on their way to the hotel after the reception. Both the stranded motorist and my best friends new husband where struck by a car then run over by the two cars behind it. They both died. Now I stand at my best friends side as we try to stay strong for the kids and grieve her greatest loss. I am simply lost as to how this could happen.
