My husband loves The Wizard of OZ so this birthday I made him the emerald city. The base was a round lemon cake covered in green fondant. The city "buildings" were krispy treats that I cut out in pillar shapes and coverd in the green fondant. Cake board - royal frosting grass, fondant yellow brick road (painted with yello luster dust), poppies mad from gumpast. Everyone loved it especially my husband!
