Who doesn’t love Elmo? (Elmo loves you! ) This large Elmo cake was made for little Josh who is turning 1 this weekend and is the 4th cake I have made for this lovely family. The cake is made from choc mud and Josh’s mum requested plum jam as the filling. Elmo stands approx. 40cm high and caters for 50 portions.
