This is 3 layers of Golden Vanilla on the bottom with strawberry filling, buttercream, and sugar pearls. The top tier is 2 layers of Golden Vanilla with apricot filling, buttercream, and sugar pearls. This is my first ever wedding cake. I supported the top layer with bundles of straws as internal pillars and a foil covered cakeboard under it. When the frosting pearls were added, you never saw the gap or the board.
