Child disguise as a ghost cake. This cake was assemble with white chocolate ganache. Then it was carve into shape and a coat of white chocolate was applied on it. Two wooden dowels were used to strengthen the arms. A final coat of cake ganache was applied to give the final shape. Fondant was applied all over the cake. The eyes and skin are made with modeling chocolate. Then the eyes were painted with food color.
