My 1St "real" Wedding Cake
This was my first real wedding cake. I made it for my cousin's wedding. All white cake, iced in BC, w/ BC scrollwork and fondant calla lilies. I was pretty happy with it, except the BC would not crust at all, even with the merguine(sp?) powder.
Sorry the BC wouldn't crust. The cake is beautiful anyway!
