Drum Set
I hope you can see clear this picture from my cell phone. This drum set is made with Marshmallow fondant. Each drum and the chair is a cake. The sticks are made in gum paste and their tips with little marshmallows. I didn´t use any other cake idea to make it, so this one came up directly from my brain. LOL Took me 9 hours straight without stop. All the pieces are standing up over a full sheet cake. The birthday boy didn´t share this cake and took it to his room for 3 days until he decided to cut it.
Sometimes boys are the ones who really like the "everything is edible" thing the most! :lol: :lol: :lol: Three days...that's a record I'm sure!

I used only a piece of gold aluminum foil that you use for candy. you can buy it at Michael´s. I cut it and write in black the brand . I had the same problem than you, but anybody could help me, so I solve the problem. Now I now more about gum paste, so next time I will try to do it in gum paste instead of foil. Good luck!!
