Here's my take on a western themed wedding cake. I didn't want to go in the direction of an all brown cake or use any cow spots. I made a monogram plaque in silver to give the feel of a belt buckle, edible rope borders, wooden fence panels for a bit of brown, edible horseshoes, and sugar flowers- blue bomb orchids, pink roses, alstroemerias, and calla lilies.
