Stacked 4 layers of cake, trimmed to shape, cut hole in center to insert Barbie, iced with buttercream and airbrushed. Added buttercream "crown" on her head.

This is super pretty. My best friend and I played with barbies when we were kids (25 yrs ago) and her birthday is coming up. I always make something for her that takes us back.
