French Vanilla BC Mix with white chocolate pudding added, BC Icing and Fondant Daisies.

After my first attempt I had to try another, simple design but I'm getting the hang of smoothing the buttercream with the Viva. No problems with sticky fondant this time. Now if I can just get the cakes to cook properly at high altitude I'll be all set!
