Main cake is made from two 6" carved sponges with cake truffle making the extra branch and roots. Everything is edible, the little fairy is modeling chocolate, wings and butterflies are wafer paper. Cake siscovered in soft fondant and the little hedgehog, toadstools & apples are from this also. The owl is made from moulded chocolate and hand decorated with liquid milk, white & dark Belgian chocolate and white cocoa-butter for the detailing.
