Dolphin on Cake Central

this was made for one of my biggest customers and she orders this flavor often. It is a Lemon Lovers white chocolate cream cheese cake. Lemon filling between 2 layers of lemon white chocolate cake. Iced with lemon and white chocolate cream cheese. The FBCT and boarder and B/C icing and some luster dust on the dolphins to make them a little more pretty. I wish I were a good photographer because the cakes always look better in person!

thanks everyone, the inside boarder was made by using a shell tip and swirling around one way and then the other, the same concept of a reverse shell boarder.
