Bottom and top tier vanilla cake with caramel IMBC, caramelized pineapple and white chocolate ganache, middle tier chocolate cake with raspberry IMBC, fresh raspberries and white chocolate ganache. Decorations fondant and gumpaste. Bride wanted to include their two children. Unfortunately she chose elements of 3 of my previous cakes that didn't match altogether, couldn't convince her otherwise.
