two tier cake , lower one was cappuccino cake withcoffee mascarpone cheese filling , upper tier was chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling ,the head frame was made from heavy wire and floral tape , rice crisp treat , covered by chocolate fondant and white fondant top layer , colored all decorations and head with pearl dust and gel color .
