Finally after much wishful thinking.....I was able to attend my first ever cake class. It was Faye Cahill's 'Alice two tiered wedding class'. Was absolutely brilliant. Learnt so much and Faye was so so lovely. We all did the same cake and this is how mine turned out.... Yay so excited to leave the kids at home for a weekend and attend cake class....but it is addictive - now I want to do another one ;)
