I'm getting married May 6th at the beach and love this idea! My guests are staying in four different houses and I am leaving gift baskets in each house. I think one of these will have to go along with it! What is turbinado sand?

thanks! each cakes is a 8,7,6. the rim is athick strip of fondant wrapped around cake. turbinado is a brown crystalized sugar.
