This is a Pina Colada Cake with Coconut Frosting I made for a co-worker who makes her own wine. The label is designed with hers in mind. I could not have done this without all of the help I got from carol74 here on cake central. She made a beautiful wine bottle cake & helped me tremendously answering all of my questions. I had to make a few adjustments due to some minor catastrophes & lack of supplies :), but all in all I'm pretty happy with the end result. This is my first attempt at using fondant like this & I learned a lot. Thanks again carol74!
