Grooms cake for a DFW Firefighter that married in Springfield. All of the helmet is cake covered in fondant, Bill and shield is fondant. Reflective decals are lime green fondant with some texture that has been wet and have sparkles applied to give it that reflective look.

The helmet is sitting on a 14" foam dummy covered with fondant strips to give the efect of a rolled hose. I use a real helmet (Mine) as a pattern.
