I made this dark chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. I used 4 10" round, 2 8" rounds, and 1 6" round before carving. The arms, feet, muzzle were made from the cake scraps. All was ganached then covered in marshmallow fondant. Ears are fondant. Nose, eyes, mouth, and footpads are modeling chocolate.
