Angelcakesmom, I have a special rolling pin that makes it look like that. Each loop is cut to 3" x 6"; then just kind of pleat the ends together and hang over a dowel to dry overnight; middle section is roughly a 3" x 3" square that I also pleat and press together and hang on a dowel to dry; put together after dried. It's really QUITE EASY to do.
