Red velvet and strawberry cake with cream cheese and whipped topping fillings. This cake gave me the opportunity to use my fondant tools. I used the JEM card maker set for lower signs and free hand the Vegas sign. Letter cutters were used for the letters and numbers. everything is is gumpaste including the chips and dice.
