My first Nemo cake for a 2 years old boy. I made the 3 fish out of fondant. This was my first time using Isomalt and I really enjoyed making the coral with this sugar. Easy to work with! This is a red velvet cake with creamcheese filling all covered with fondant. The decorations are also fondant.
