I made this cake for my sister in law who turned 40 on Good Friday. Her favourite colour is red so quite appropriate. 5 layer cake (carved) Bottom 1/2 banana and top 1/2 chocolate mud and rich chocolate cake. Covered in fondant with aligator print. The strap is modelling chocolate. All other features are gumpaste. My first time working with gumpaste - interesting learning curves. I would have liked to put in more zips but ran out of time.
